Manteca Police Accuse Teen Of Filming Locker Room

HAHA I can remember the days when every guy in high school would have wanted to do something like this. Apparently some 15 year old kid put a video camera up in a window on a rooftop that overlooked the girls locker room at East Union High School in Manteca.
